| We are very easy to find as we are the last house but one on the right if you are coming from the A14 heading North East on the B664. If you are heading south west on the B664 then we are the second house on the left as you enter the village. |

| For stays over 2 weeks we offer a negotiable discount..... especially suiting CORPORATE SHORT TERM LETS an affordable alternative to hotel accommodation. | |
| Rates include heating, hot water, electricity, linen, towels and council tax etc. We service and clean the apartment and change all linen weekly for longer stays. |
| We do accept short range mini breaks subject to availability. |
To make a booking - Telephone for availability on 01858 - 431 973. If we cannot help you we can probably recommend someone who can. We require a 25% deposit on booking, non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the balance being due on arrival. On arrival the accommodation is available from 3.00pm with vacant possession departure time by 11.00am on your final day. This facility is new to the self catering market this year 2010. However Peter and Louise are very experienced in catering in particular B&B and Self catering and you may be assured of a warm welcome in comfortable surroundings. We look forward to meeting you. |
